The picture you see here is a picture of me back in the corporate days, I had just started my coaching business, I was working in Corporate London, and I was having a photoshoot in Exchange Square, one of the busiest areas in London from Monday to Friday but on this day it was empty because the pandemic was in full swing and the sun was shining. I had no idea that within 12 months of this photo I would be handing in my notice to go full time into coaching, I didn't know 18 months later I would find myself traveling New Zealand or that 24 months later I would set foot on Australia, to find my home in tropical North Queensland as a digital nomad, serving clients globally to help them grow their own business.
That's my story, but I want to hear yours.

I am on a mission to help women create the life and business they love whilst navigating the every day trials and tribulations of having a current career and already full & busy life. Why? Because this was my journey, when I started my coaching business, I already had an established career identity and yet I was seeking MORE.
Once certification was complete the inevitable, 'now what?' led me down a rabbit hole of consumption, procrastination and self doubt. Whether you've been in the coaching industry for a hot minute or 5 seconds it's easy to become disillusioned by what you see, and how you think it should turn out. I needed someone to give me direction, clarity, strategy and the mindset and energetic support to help me not just create clients, but redefine my career identity and go for what I truly desired in life.
I couldn't find a coach that seemed to GET IT, and so instead, I became her. Now this is why I do what I do. To be the coach and mentor to other women who are navigating their employee to business owner transition, teaching them how to create clients and to do so in a way that is aligned, sustainable, joyful and profitable.
Now, I'm in my 3rd year of business. I left my corporate City career and Thames side apartment in April 2021, 15 months after starting my business and am now a digital nomad temporarily settled in tropical North Queensland. I coach and mentor clients globally to help them start and grow their coaching business around the 9to5. Client results can be found here and, I have never been more well rested, or well nourished spiritually, energetically or professionally and it's my pride and joy to bring this work and transformation to other coaches who are ready to create their dream life and business.

They believe that ALL love is welcome, and believe that Black Lives Matter. If this is something you do not wholeheartedly believe in then I am not the coach for you.They also believe for themselves that they deserve more from this one precious life than doing a job that just pays the bills.
They know that if they can be successful in their current career, then their coaching success is surely inevitable, even if they're not always sure how.
They know the change doesn't happen because of something or someone out there handing it to them, but that belief, and clients are created first, from within.
They are willing to lean into the full experience of being a soul-led business owner, which means following their heart, gut or soul BEFORE following anything or anyone else and that this means facing their fears and building greater self love, self trust, resilience and inner strength for it.
They know that making this kind of change means having some skin in the game, and that means investing in themselves and receiving the support to help them take empowered steps based on the life they want to create, not where they are now.
