I'm Pamella Pritchard, ICF & Money Mindset Certified Coach and Business Mentor

From being a London Corporate City gal, living for the next promotion to being a full-time, beach loving, Aussie-based Life and Business Coach and mentor living in the tropics, the life I have now wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for my business. The best part? When I started I had no idea where it would lead.

I started my career in HR, and quickly moved into Recruitment, loving the sales, revenue and client facing aspects. After 10 years in my career, working with some of the biggest co-operations globally, I grew disinterested in the corporate grind of ‘work hard, play hard’.

A far cry from the high performing, high stress, target driven, monotony of the concrete jungle I once thrived in. My life now craves slowness, fulfilment, nature and peace. But don't mistake this for a lack of drive. I have achieved more and feel more fulfilled, purposeful and alive than I ever knew was possible. Despite salary, title and the ‘safety’ my career gave me at the time, I was suddenly suffocating, and the idea of starting a family (one day) as a woman in Corporate had me questioning everything about life. 

When I found Life Coaching it felt like home. It took me down a path of personal growth, healing and self empowerment I never expected, but everything I wanted, all while creating my dream life that's still only just beginning...
