I've been a life coach since 2020 and a business coach and mentor and I'm not afraid to admit...

• there are moments where I've messaged my coach from a place of completely forgetting my power, competence and experience

• there are launches where I think to myself for a moment 'no one is ever going to buy' AND IT FEELS SO REAL (for a moment)

• there are moments when I don't want to see another personal development book for the rest of my life (until I'm burning dinner because I'm so engrossed lol) 

And these moments are exactly that. Moments.

Once upon a time these struggles would have taken me right out of my business. 

Now I still show up, sign clients, see through a launch because I'm developing the skill of not letting these things break me, or mean anything significant about my mission, vision, or purpose.

It's the result of building my capacity to navigate challenges so that I can still show up and sell even when I'm having a moment. 

Clients come to me because they want to sign clients and make money as a life coach during their moments too. To do that, yes your business strategy needs to be tidied up (and we do that in your strategy session, right off the bat) but we spend 6 months growing your capacity. 

Because until you develop your capacity to hold the moments you'll only ever take action when you feel good, which is only ever 50% of the time.
