Calling in Soul Clients

 You don't just want to work with anyone. 

You want people who are committed AF to their own transformation. 

For example in my coaching programs, I am so rarely coaching on accountability or reminding them to take certain training. 

This has nothing to do with being a good 'student'.

This is everything to do with me being clear AF on the transformation my clients want (to go and stay full time in their coaching business with foundations in place to be profitable and call in soul clients) and calling in people who are ALL-IN on actually taking self accountability for doing the work to get there. 

For the avoidance of doubt - self accountability looks like:

  •  Ready and prepared to get coached each week on their business challenges and wins each week

  • Prioritising recommended trainings and leveraging Voxer coaching regularly to deepen their understanding and application

  • Committing to their own action steps because they are committed to creating clients, making money and growing their soul-led business

 

This is clear to me, because my soul client is the coach who is ALL-IN, and they know that has nothing to do with whether they have a 9to5 or not.


I never worry about whether or not my clients can 'afford' me, because I know the value of the transformation, and who they are becoming far exceeds the price, and I know the value of my time, attention, experience, wisdom and expertise, and I absolutely love my reasons. 

This is the power of knowing your soul client and of course, knowing your self

When you truly nail and deeply embody the Soul Client concept it impacts everything, in the best possible way. 

It eliminates BS and keeps your messaging clear, focused and potent. 

Speaking to your Soul Client is the foundational bedrock of my program: Messaging Mastery and Thrive 1:1. 

Especially if you worry about calling in the wrong people or your message being seen by people who it isn't even for.
