1. No Refunds, Transfers, or Cancellations
This is a digital service with a 1:1 follow-up component, and all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be granted for any reason. Please ensure you are fully committed before purchasing.

2. Booking & Completion Requirements
2.1 Your 1:1 Messaging Audit follow-up call must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase. If the call is not booked and completed within this timeframe, it will be forfeited with no refunds or extensions.

2.2 The intake form must be completed within 30 days of purchase as part of the booking process. This is required to commence your Messaging Audit. If the form is not submitted, the audit will not be conducted, and the service will be forfeited with no refunds or extensions.

2.3 Your Messaging Audit will be delivered within 3 working days (Monday–Friday) after your form is submitted and your 1:1 session is booked. You will receive:

• A Zoom-recorded video with screen share, reviewing your messaging and key recommendations.
• A written feedback document via email, outlining what’s working, what needs refinement, and next steps.

3. 1:1 Follow-Up Call Terms
3.1 Your 60-minute follow-up call must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.

3.2 Calls can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

3.3 Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice cannot be rescheduled, and the session will be forfeited.

3.4 If you arrive late to your session, the call will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
4.1 While I provide professional guidance and strategic recommendations, results from the Messaging Audit are not guaranteed. The effectiveness of any changes implemented based on the audit depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to your execution, audience, market conditions, and external variables beyond my control.

4.2 By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• CV Secrets Ltd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased client inquiries, conversions, revenue, or business success.
• Any decisions made and actions taken as a result of the Messaging Audit are your sole responsibility.
• CV Secrets Ltd shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your participation in this service, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or perceived lack of results.

4.3 By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for your own business decisions and acknowledge that no guarantees of success or financial gain are provided.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
5.1 The Messaging Audit materials, Zoom recording, and written feedback are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, resell, or share them in any format.

5.2 All feedback, recommendations, and audit insights remain the intellectual property of CV Secrets Ltd.

5.3 Screenshots and excerpts from the Messaging Audit and/or 1:1 follow-up call may be used for testimonials, marketing, or social proof on my website, social media, or other platforms.

5.4 Your personal name, details, or sensitive business information will remain confidential unless you provide express permission to share them.

6. Scope of Service
6.1 The Messaging Audit includes a recorded audit, written feedback, and a 1:1 follow-up call to help you integrate and apply the recommendations.

6.2 If you would like additional, ongoing support, we can discuss available Group or 1:1 mentorship options separately.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to this service will be handled within this jurisdiction.
