1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services and coaching programs, there are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers once payment has been made. Please ensure you're fully committed and have reviewed all program details before purchasing.

2. No Guarantees

While Messaging Mastery and all programs offered by Coaching with Pamella are designed to support your growth and development, individual results depend entirely on your own effort, commitment, application, and personal circumstances. No specific outcomes, financial results, or other achievements are promised or guaranteed.

3. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Pamella Pritchard (trading as Coaching with Pamella) is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or results—whether direct, indirect, positive, or negative—that may arise from your participation in any program, use of materials, or implementation of strategies provided.

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, business outcomes, personal decisions, or any consequential damages.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, resources, templates, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies provided through Coaching with Pamella remain the intellectual property of Pamella Pritchard. These materials are licensed to you for personal use only in connection with the program you have purchased.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the materials

• Share, distribute, or sell the materials to third parties

• Use the materials for commercial purposes

• Modify or create derivative works from the materials

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This service is available to clients worldwide. However, by purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia

• Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia (or your relevant state/territory)

• You consent to the jurisdiction of Australian courts for the resolution of any disputes

6. Bundled Services and Offers

Services from Coaching with Pamella may be purchased individually or provided as part of a bundled package, program, bonus offer, or special promotion. Regardless of how the service was acquired:

• The same terms and conditions apply

• No partial refunds will be provided for bundled items

• No adjustments or pro-rata calculations will be made if you choose not to use certain components

• Bonus items or inclusions do not carry separate monetary value for refund purposes

7. Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law)
